Wati is a capable WhatsApp engagement platform. Pingo360 is a WhatsApp-first CRM with a sales pipeline, GST invoicing and flat ₹999/month pricing for unlimited users.
Start free trial →Any honest comparison should start here. Wati is one of the better-established WhatsApp Business API providers, and for a certain kind of team it is the right choice. Its own product pages list no-code chatbot building, campaign broadcasting, Instagram DM and comment automation, Click-to-WhatsApp ad handling, WhatsApp Business Calling, SMS and Facebook channels, and a team inbox that pulls all of those into one place. On its higher plans it advertises unlimited broadcasts, 24x7 support with SLAs and a dedicated customer success manager on Business.
If your business runs high-volume WhatsApp marketing — festival campaigns, abandoned-cart flows, paid social funnelling into chat — Wati is built for that workload and covers more channels than Pingo360 does. If you need Instagram automation or WhatsApp voice calling, Pingo360 simply does not have those, and you should pick Wati or something like it.
The clearest difference is what each product treats as the centre of gravity. Wati's centre is the conversation: channels, campaigns, chatbots, broadcast volume. Pingo360's centre is the deal: a lead arrives on WhatsApp or website chat, moves through named pipeline stages, and ends in a GST-compliant invoice with a UPI payment link.
That difference shows up in the parts of the day that are not messaging. Wati's advertised feature set does not include a sales pipeline with deal stages, automatic email logging, or invoicing of any kind. If you are on Wati today, you are likely also running a spreadsheet for pipeline and a separate tool such as Zoho Invoice or Vyapar for billing. Pingo360 keeps the pipeline, the email trail and the invoice in the same workspace as the WhatsApp thread, which is the main reason teams switch.
The second difference is how the bill behaves as you hire. Wati's plans include a set number of users and then charge per additional seat. On Wati's pricing page, the Growth plan includes three users and does not allow additional ones, while Pro and Business each include five users and bill extra seats at a per-user monthly rate. Pingo360 charges ₹999/month flat with unlimited team members. That is a real tradeoff in both directions, and it is worth being blunt about it: if you are a one-person operation sending a few hundred messages a month, a low-volume entry plan can be cheaper than ₹999, and Wati's pay-as-you-go single-user option exists for exactly that case. Flat pricing does not scale down. It also does not scale up — the number is the same whether you have three people or thirty.

Prices and plan details as of 10 August 2026, taken from Wati's public pricing and features pages. Wati displays currency by region and revises plans periodically — verify on the vendor's site before deciding. Meta's per-conversation WhatsApp charges are set by Meta and are extra on every platform.
Platform subscriptions are only one line on a WhatsApp bill. On any provider you also pay Meta's per-conversation charges, which vary by message category, and many providers add a margin on top of Meta's published rates. Any comparison that only looks at the headline plan price will mislead you.
What flat pricing changes is the part you control by hiring. On a per-seat model, deciding to put two more salespeople on WhatsApp is also a decision to raise your software bill every month for as long as they stay. On Pingo360 the subscription is ₹999/month whether one person is in the inbox or fifteen. For a five-to-twenty person sales team in India, that is usually where the difference becomes obvious. For a solo founder sending occasional messages, it may not be a difference at all.
Unlimited team members, a two-way WhatsApp Business inbox and a website chat inbox, automatic email logging, a sales pipeline with drag-and-drop boards and custom stages, automation, reports, GST-compliant invoicing with the correct CGST/SGST/IGST split and UPI payment links generated from a deal, custom objects, team roles, CSV and JSON import and export, two-factor authentication, daily backups kept for 30 days, and database-level workspace isolation so your data sits apart from every other account. Billing is monthly via Razorpay. The 14-day trial needs no card and you can cancel anytime.

Only partly. Wati is a WhatsApp engagement platform with campaign broadcasting, Instagram automation, Click-to-WhatsApp ad handling and WhatsApp Business Calling. Pingo360 is a CRM with a WhatsApp Business inbox attached. If your main job is running high-volume WhatsApp marketing campaigns across several social channels, Wati covers more ground. If your main job is tracking deals from first message to paid invoice, Pingo360 is the closer fit.
Wati's plans include a fixed number of users and then charge per additional seat. As listed on Wati's pricing page, the Growth plan includes 3 users with no option to add more, while the Pro and Business plans include 5 users each and bill additional users at US$24 and US$69 per user per month respectively. Wati shows local currency pricing by region, so check the figures for India on their page before deciding.
The same ₹999 per month. There is no per-seat charge, so adding a fourth, tenth or twentieth team member does not change the subscription price. Billing is monthly through Razorpay and you can cancel anytime.
Yes, with any WhatsApp Business API product. Meta charges per conversation by category, and those charges are separate from the platform subscription. This is true for Wati, for Pingo360 and for every other provider built on the official WhatsApp Business API.
Wati advertises Instagram DM and comment automation, Click-to-WhatsApp ad handling, WhatsApp Business Calling, SMS and Facebook channels, and a no-code chatbot builder aimed at large campaign volumes. Pingo360 does not have Instagram, Facebook, SMS or voice channels, and its automation is built around sales stages rather than broadcast marketing.
Yes. Export your contacts from Wati to CSV and import them into Pingo360, which supports CSV and JSON import and export. Historic WhatsApp conversation threads do not transfer between platforms, so most teams run a short overlap period.
