Pingo360 for Gmail connects a signed-in Pingo360 CRM account to Gmail and adds that account's private Pingo360 BCC drop address to new compose windows.

Data used

• Pingo360 account email and authentication session, used only to identify the signed-in user and CRM workspace.
• The user's private Pingo360 BCC drop address.
• Connection status and the minimum settings required to keep the extension connected.

The extension does not read, collect, transmit, or store Gmail message bodies, attachments, inbox contents, browsing history, contacts, or passwords.

Storage and sharing

The Pingo360 session is stored in Chrome local extension storage. The BCC drop address is stored in Chrome sync storage so the connection can follow the same Chrome profile. Authentication requests go only to Pingo360's Supabase-backed authentication service. Data is not sold or shared for advertising.

User control

Disconnecting in the extension clears its saved session and BCC address. Removing the extension also removes its local extension data. CRM data can be managed from the user's Pingo360 workspace.
