These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pingo360 (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Pingo360 is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool: you use it to store and organise your own business's contacts, companies, deals and conversations, and to connect channels such as WhatsApp, email and your website to a shared inbox.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. The customer/lead data you enter belongs to you — Pingo360 does not sell or share it, and you can export or delete it at any time from Settings.
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial, no card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (currently ₹999/month, billed monthly via Razorpay). You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing; cancelling stops future billing, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

You agree not to use Pingo360 to send unsolicited bulk messages, to store data you do not have the right to hold, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Parts of the Service rely on third parties acting on your instructions — WhatsApp/Meta for WhatsApp messaging, Razorpay for payments, and infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare) that host the Service. Your use of WhatsApp messaging through Pingo360 is also subject to WhatsApp's own Business Messaging Policy.
Pingo360 is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Pingo360 is currently operated by its founding team while formal company registration is in progress. This page will be updated with full registered-entity and GSTIN details once incorporation is complete.
