Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with no card required — this is the time to evaluate whether Pingo360 fits your business before paying anything.
Once a paid subscription starts, payments are not refundable, since the free trial already provides a full opportunity to evaluate the Service before committing.
You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle immediately; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, with no further charges after that.
