Start with what AiSensy gets right

AiSensy is one of the more thoughtfully priced WhatsApp platforms in the Indian market, and its pricing philosophy deserves credit rather than a cheap shot. Its current public pricing is presented as an unlimited users plan — no charge per agent, subject to a fair-use cap the page lists as up to 200 agents, along with limits of 500 tags, 100 attributes and 50 segments. That is a genuinely better structure than the per-seat model most WhatsApp tools use, and it is the same conclusion Pingo360 reached independently: a shared inbox should not get more expensive because you hired a second person to answer it.

AiSensy is also transparent about the part most vendors bury. Its page states you are charged for the WhatsApp conversations you initiate, listing ₹1.09 for marketing messages and ₹0.145 for utility and authentication messages to Indian users, with service conversations free. If broadcast marketing on WhatsApp is your primary growth channel, AiSensy is designed for that and Pingo360 is not.

The real difference: campaigns versus deals

This is a category difference, not a feature-by-feature fight. AiSensy is a WhatsApp marketing and engagement platform. Its product surface is campaigns, broadcasts, segments, chatbots, click-to-WhatsApp ads and live chat support on a shared number. Pingo360 is a CRM whose primary inbox happens to be WhatsApp. Its product surface is contacts, deals, pipeline stages, activity history, invoices and reports.

Practically, that means a few things AiSensy does not set out to do. There is no sales pipeline with drag-and-drop deal stages, no automatic email logging alongside the WhatsApp thread, and no invoicing — so no GST-compliant invoice with the CGST/SGST/IGST split and no UPI payment link generated from a won deal. Teams running AiSensy for sales usually keep a spreadsheet for pipeline and a separate billing tool, then spend time reconciling the three. That reconciliation is the problem Pingo360 is built to remove.

The second thing worth knowing is how AiSensy's capabilities are packaged. Two of the features people most often assume are included are sold as add-ons: its pricing page lists the drag-and-drop WhatsApp chatbot builder at ₹2,500 per month for five chatbots, and the WhatsApp AI agent builder at ₹3,500 per month including 3,500 AI messages, both a little cheaper on annual billing. An Indian virtual number is listed at ₹2,000 plus GST per year. None of that is hidden, but it means the number you budget should be the platform plan plus the add-ons you actually need plus Meta's conversation charges — not the headline plan alone.

Prices and plan details as of 10 August 2026, taken from AiSensy's public pricing page and help centre. AiSensy has revised its pricing structure at least once — an earlier help-centre notice listed named Basic and Pro tiers with a per-agent charge above five agents, which the current page no longer presents. Which one fits your business

Choose AiSensy if outbound WhatsApp marketing is the engine: you are sending campaigns to large contact lists, you want chatbot or AI agent flows handling first-line questions, and your deal tracking is either simple or already handled elsewhere.

Choose Pingo360 if the conversation is only the first step and the work after it is what leaks. A lead messages on WhatsApp or website chat, someone qualifies it, it sits in a pipeline stage with a next action, emails get logged against the same contact automatically, and when it closes you raise a GST-compliant invoice with a UPI link without leaving the deal. One price, ₹999/month, however many people you put on it.

Common questions

Does AiSensy charge per agent?

Not on its current public pricing, which is presented as an unlimited users plan with no per-agent fee, subject to a fair-use cap the page lists as up to 200 agents. AiSensy has published per-agent charges in the past, so this has changed over time. Check their live pricing page for the terms that apply to you. On this point AiSensy and Pingo360 agree: charging per seat is the wrong way to price a shared inbox.

So why consider Pingo360 instead?

Because the products solve different halves of the problem. AiSensy is a WhatsApp marketing and engagement platform: broadcasts, campaigns, chatbots, click-to-WhatsApp ads. Pingo360 is a CRM: a sales pipeline with custom stages, automatic email logging, reports, and GST-compliant invoicing with UPI payment links generated from a deal. Teams that outgrow spreadsheets for deal tracking, rather than for messaging volume, are the ones who switch.

What does AiSensy cost in total?

The platform subscription is one part. Its pricing page also lists paid add-ons, including a drag-and-drop WhatsApp chatbot builder at ₹2,500 per month for five chatbots and a WhatsApp AI agent builder at ₹3,500 per month including 3,500 AI messages, both cheaper when billed annually, plus an Indian virtual number at ₹2,000 plus GST per year. On top of that you pay WhatsApp conversation charges — its page lists ₹1.09 for marketing and ₹0.145 for utility and authentication messages to Indian users, with service conversations free.

Is Pingo360 good for bulk WhatsApp campaigns?

No, and it is better to say so plainly. Pingo360 is not a broadcast marketing tool. It has a two-way WhatsApp Business inbox for conversations tied to contacts and deals, not a campaign engine for sending to tens of thousands of contacts with segment-level analytics. If bulk campaigns are your core motion, stay with a platform built for that.

What does Pingo360 include for ₹999 a month?

Unlimited team members, WhatsApp Business and website chat inboxes, automatic email logging, a drag-and-drop sales pipeline with custom stages, automation, reports, GST invoicing with CGST/SGST/IGST split and UPI payment links, custom objects, team roles, CSV and JSON import and export, two-factor authentication, daily backups kept 30 days, and database-level workspace isolation. Billed monthly via Razorpay.

Can I use both together?

Some teams do, because they overlap less than the category labels suggest. A common split is a campaign platform for outbound marketing at volume and a CRM for the deals that come out of it. Both cannot connect to the same WhatsApp Business number at once, though, so you would need to decide which tool owns the number.
